Situated on the 7th floor of the Eolus building, right in the main plaza, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo ensures maximum convenience for your vacation.
Just hop in the elevator, and within steps, you’ll be at the main ski lift. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials, from cooking utensils to pots and pans. Enjoy a private hot tub for some well-deserved relaxation after hitting the slopes. With an assigned underground parking space, washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, and a wood-burning fireplace in the main living space (with wood provided), you have everything you need for a cozy and comfortable stay.

As an optional perk, you can access the Durango Mountain Club with a 4% resort fee. This club features an outdoor heated pool with a slide, an outdoor hot tub, and a workout facility. Please note that the 4% resort fee, included in the quote, is required and does not provide access to the Durango Mountain Club. If you wish to include this extra fee, simply let us know when booking.
Rest assured, we’ve taken every precaution to ensure your stay is safe and comfortable. Our housekeepers follow CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting, paying close attention to high-touch surfaces and using EPA-approved disinfectants. All linens, towels, and bedsheets are washed according to manufacturer’s guidelines. To minimize in-person contact, we offer a no-contact guest access system with our keyless entry.
