Spacious Greenspring Retreat for 10 Guests in Vermont

This generously-sized Greenspring unit boasts 3 bedrooms and a cozy den, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. On the upper level, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed. The lower level, adjacent to the den, is a perfect space for children, equipped with two sets of bunk beds. Additionally, there’s a pull-out sofa in the den for added sleeping space. As a guest, you’ll also have access to a sports center, complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, and a well-equipped gym. During weekends and holiday periods, a convenient door-to-door shuttle service to Mount Snow is available.

SportsCenter Usage: Please note that renters are required to adhere to all the guidelines and rules set by the community and management. Reservations must be made to utilize the sports center facilities.

Short-Term Rentals: For stays of less than thirty days, your rental fee includes utilities and a thorough departure cleaning. Bed linens and bath towels will be prepared for your arrival, although daily maid service is not provided. There is a charge for the setup of linens. Limited starter supplies will be provided, including essentials like toilet tissue, bar soap, dishwasher detergent, and fire starters. Additionally, tenants are responsible for the Service Fee, Accidental Rental Damage Plan, and Vermont state tax.
